commission for , who owns gar, tracer and navy

some information:
-gar's tail-ring is made from power rings
-gar's jacket has a hood on the back
-there are three (one hidden) power rings on tracer's tail to help him lift it and use it in battle
-you may not be able to tell this. on his gloves, tracer's index finger and thumb are exposed, but the rest are covered
-i did not shade in where any black is because i didn't make solors for these, except on navy's arms so you can see the checkerboard pattern.
