Mask Guy Concept

This is my NEW new character, Mask Guy! Yes, that’s his name. Well, nobody really actually knows what his name is. When he’s asked, he will give a different answer each time. When enough people are confused, he will just tell them to call him “Mask Guy”. I’m still working on his personality and such, so no info there as of yet. Oh, and the eye on his chest is named Elvis.
